[PATCH] Output buffering for Tidy

I've attached a patch which adds easy output buffer to the Tidy extension. I chose the name 'ob_tidyhandler', which breaks the tidy naming convention, but keeps the output buffering convention. I know it can be implemented quite easily from PHP, but I thought the shortcut would be nice, and perhaps serve as a friendly hint to an (IMHO) excellent way to use the extension. The patch also adds a 'tidy.clean_output' option for the ini file, which I'm guessing a few people will like. Hope you can use this.
