I've setup the build host so far, using protobuf 3.0.2 and boost 1.62.0. If there are any issues with protobuf, so I could downgrade, let me know. Currently no extensions use this lib. I took the official Boost packages, whereby I think they use incompatible CRT. Probably custom builds would have to be done, but luckily no need yet, so used as is just for the headers :) The protobuf builds are available here http://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/deps/ and the builds will land http://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/snaps/mysql_xdevapi/1.0.0/ . For the snapshot, I've added those 3 lines to config.w32. A couple of minor notes yet - the build bot spotted "Version mismatch - 'mysql_xdevapi v1.0.0-dev' != '1.0.0' in source vs. XML" - the VERSION or COPYING is missing in the tarball, I've added a license file just for the snap - it could make sense to add a check for the Boost headers in config.w32 as well If there is any further snapshot run need, it's now as simple as passing a tarball to the build bot.
