Introducing myself for a PECL account for the memcached extension

Per the instructions at PECL account request page, I'm introducing myself. My name is Aaron Stone. I've been involved in various open source communities, including PHP, since the late 90's. Most recently I received write access to the php-memcached repository on GitHub, and completed the home-stretch of work to update the extension to support PHP 7.0 and 7.1. At this time I'd like to create a PECL account and request privileges to the memcached extension so that I can begin making public releases. https://pecl.php.net/package/memcached https://github.com/php-memcached-dev/php-memcached Thanks, Aaron
