I added an extension in pecl (https://pecl.php.net/package/xlswriter), but how should I upload the
dll file under windows system?
Does PECL automatically generate DLL files? If it is compiled automatically, how does the dependency
handle?
I am very happy to be a member of PECL. Can I use php.net's email address? For example
wjx@php.net, what should I do if I can use it?
