Apply for a PECL account

Hello everyone I am hongjie.wang from China. Cloudwise development engineer. APM related, focusing on PHP performance. I want to help maintain the current PECL extension SeasLog ( https://github.com/SeasX/SeasLog). SeasLog is an efficient, fast and stable PHP log extension. Follow the PSR-3 log interface specification to support connections to TCP ports and send them using RFC5424. Here are some of the bugs and feature enhancements that fix SeasLog. https://github.com/SeasX/SeasLog/commits?author=aiwhj Can I apply for an account? Thank you!
