Need php.net Account: no
Purpose:
Uploading LuaSandbox, a mature extension used by WMF. I'm also starting work on a new
profiler/timer extension: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T205059
Sponsor:
The extension was reviewed by Brad Jorsch, who does not have a php.net account. But there are a few
people who I've worked with in the past who will vouch for my general good character, such
as Stas and Sara.
