Trying to remove old maintainers and failing

I get error an error message of "You can not delete your own maintainer role or you will not be able to complete the update process. Set your name in package.xml or let the new lead developer upload the new release" when trying to remove the previous maintainers from the Imagick extension package.xml at the stage where I am verifying a release. Could someone poke the database to remove them, and I'll remove them from the file on the next release, which has a presumably higher chance of getting past the bug. Or if someone knows where to look to fix it, that could be even better. cheers Dan
