Greetings,
I am seeking approval to list an extension called "phlips". It bridges PHP
with CLIPS, which is a tool for building expert systems. The purpose of
the extension is to enable deployment of expert systems in PHP. It is
licensed under the PHP License version 3.0.

Thanks,
