PDO_odbc: 'make' problems

Hello, I successfully installed pdo and pdo_mysql with PEAR installer. In order to install pdo_mysql I had to manually copy all the *.h files from PDO-0.1.1.tgz into /usr/local/include/php/ext/pdo/.
