Your PECL account request has been approved. Jesse is able to add you
as maintainer to the extensions (there is an "Edit maintainers" link on
the package homepage when you're logged in) – I think it is important,
though, that you are added as maintainer to package.xml, before a new
release is uploaded. This is why I didn't add you as maintainer right away.
