Hi, I am introducing myself per the instructions on the PECL upload page.
My name is Dan Libby. I have written two php extensions. The first is xmlrpc-epi-php, which used to be included with the main PHP distribution ( I don't know if it still is in PHP5). Can anyone comment on the current status?

The second is YATS. ( Yet Another Templating System. ) YATS is a templating extension that behaves sort of like FastTemplate except a lot friendlier and faster. The latest version also includes gettext support for simplified creation of l10n friendly websites.

Both of these extensions are under the Epinions license, which is bascally a BSD "do anything you like with it" equivalent.
regards,
Dan Libby
