Anyhow, I have just approved your request, and also added you as lead developer for the solr package. Note that you need to add yourself as lead maintainer to its package.xml; otherwise you will be removed as soon as you upload a new release. It's probably best to do that as PR, since apparenly Omar is responsive again. If you have further questions, feel free to ask. Happy PECLing!
