tar/cpio module

Hi all! I'd like to show to the public brand new tar/cpio module. It wraps libarchive (distributed under BSD license and can be found here: http://people.freebsd.org/~kientzle/libarchive/) and supports reading TAR & CPIO archives. You'll also need to compile PHP --with-zlib & --with-bz2 to support tar.gz & tar.bz2 and compressed cpio files. I'm also planning to add support of writing tar/cpio archives, but there is a lot of work to be done, so ATM it's just disabled.
