Which bug, where?
It's considered good form to contact the person or people that are
currently maintaining an extension, and send them a patch if you have
a fix.
We don't usually give out accounts until you really need it; in other
words, when you have built up enough karma and need to make a large
enough contribution that working through someone else is impractical.
