I fixed this in PHP CVS (all branches) some time ago.
(AC_DEFUN() needs the macro name to be quoted)

I have tried old versions of automake,autoconf,libtool...I also reverted back
to php4.3.5. Still same type of errors.
I would sincerely appreciate any help I could get. I really need to get this
working. Any ideas on how to fix this or what versions do I need install to
get radius to work?
