libssh2 install problems

After a few weeks of trying to get SSH2 installed I've finally gotten an error I
can identify as an error. I'm running XP Pro using Wamp Server (PHP 5, Apache
1.3). When trying to install ssh2 I get the following message.
The DSP ssh2.dsp does not exist.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
