APC for cache php bytecode

Sorry to all for catastrofic ignorance. Hi have a question for all developers to understand a great way to solve a problem. I have create a php script in CLI version for windows system. This script read on local folders and transfer the file with FTP function on remote server. The problem that my customer move with this script 10 to 70 MB of files and i have doubt on capacity of my script (maybe this is a problem of developer.....yes i'm ) but i think that a cache of bytecode can help the speed of script and other problems into transmission. I have read about ioncube and later APC extension. I want know about APC to this case and get advice to fix directive for quality assurance. Thanks so much and good work to all.
