You actually need only autoconf and automake.
And autoconf >= 2.13 works just fine.
If they don't, please let me know what the problem is and I'll fix it.
2.13 works fastest though..

You *HAVE TO* use version 2.13. Versions > 2.5x will not work.

You need to install autoconf, automake & libtool to be able build
extensions from sources.
