mpm_prefork, should be same as apache1.3
i once tune MaxRequestsPerChild to 200, and it become easy to get
locked than normal(was 2048)
might need complex application, under heavy load(beyond machine limit)
maybe anyone can turn it to 1 or 10 or so, and test it, fix it :P
