APC memory utalization behaviour

I've been monitoring APC's memory utalization for sometime, attached with
this email are the graphs i'm getting from NAGIOS. I'm just wondering, is it
normal? or is there something fishy? As you can see at a certain time
everyday, the memory gets flushed for some reason, I checked all the cron
jobs, nothing seems to be running at that time.
