Developing the Ingres extension under PECL

Hi, I am working on the Ingres extension (in PHP since 4.0.x), adding new functionality to bring in to line with what is available with MySQL etc. Since the original developer, henot (at) php.net, does not appear to be contactable I would like to take over authorship of the extension. I have some changes I would like to submit to CVS but I don't have CVS commit rights as yet within PHP itself. I have tried to submit a change that would add error reporting to the extension by mailing internals (at) lists.php.net a couple of time but have had no response.
