PHP Lotus Notes extension Development interest

Hi, I currently have a client http://monitordata.com that uses both Excel and Lotus spreadsheets. I use Spreadsheet_Excel_Reader to transfer Aparment Utility Billing data from Excel to a MySQL Database. The collection reports for the system are in Lotus 123. I am going to require Monitordata to convert the document to Excel so I can parse the Excel File instead. I am unable to even download the Lotus Notes extension for PHP at http://pecl.php.net/get/notes. I recieve a "File not found". Therefore I am interested in continuing developement of the Lotus Notes extension so I can provide Lotus support in the future to my clients.
