It happens very very randomly. Sometimes one minute after Apache restart,
sometimes after one hour or more. Maybe I must enable more debug. Do you
have any hints/docs on this?
But it is reproducable (even if randomly) with a simple script like:
$form = new HTML_QuickForm('form');
$el = array(
HTML_QuickForm::createElement('text', 'blah')
);
$form->addGroup($el, 'group');
What do you propose to do?
