sqlite w/ PHP? help please

To everyone, Hi, I'm very new to all of this and was wondering if someone would be able to help me out. I was wondering if I am able to create a database that can exist on a persons computer without needing to install an actual server, and then I came across SQlite. Sweet I thought..this might work. My second thought was, how am I gonna retrive information from the database into my application. Which bring me to this......am I able to use PHP to get the info from the SQlite database and return it to my application? but without installing anything else. I currnetly am running Windows 2000 (but this app needs to run on all windows platforms) I also have the following files: sqlite.exe php_sqlite.dll sqlite.dll tclsqlite.dll sqlite.def Is this all I need to connect to the database using PHP on a computer that has no server on it? If someone could help me out, I would appreciate tremendously. Thanks.
