Right now, the snaps box does not support building pecl extensions that
are also part of the core.
However I have convinced my partners to invest some time and money into
creating a new dedicated pecl building environment (pecl4win.php.net is
the working title) which will build pecl extensions for all php versions
that we are interested in.
I was thinking to start with 4 dll's for each pecl extension, compiled
against php 4.3, 4.4, 5.0 and 5.1.
