I've written a PHP extension for managing sqlite3 databases.
The following functions are currently implemented (they are ~ 1:1 map of their C
API equivalents - see http://www.sqlite.org/capi3ref.html):
sqlite3_libversion
sqlite3_open
sqlite3_close
sqlite3_error
sqlite3_exec
sqlite3_query
sqlite3_fetch
sqlite3_fetch_array
sqlite3_column_count
sqlite3_column_name
sqlite3_query_close
sqlite3_last_insert_rowid
Let me know if this is worth adding to PECL. (I know that sqlite3 is supported
through PDO, but this extension could make sense for PHP 4.X users).
