New SMS message extension

Hi, we, the BEYOND THE NET GmbH, developed a library to easily send SMS messages via our HTTP-Post Interface. We also wrote a php extension which wraps around this library. Perhaps PECL is interested to have this extension listed. The library uses libxml2 and libCURL to do the XML and HTTP stuff. It is licensed under the LGPL. I already know this is strongly discouraged so we decided, that if it is necessary we are willing to do a dual licensing under LGPL and the PHP license for the library. The extension uses the PHP license. Work on a PHP style documentation is in progress. Perhaps you can give me some Feedback, if PECL is interested to list such an extension. They also compile and work under MS VC++.NET 2003, but the included project-files certainly have to be modified.
