I ran across a problem when I issue a:
try {
$dbh = new PDO('uri:file:///path/to/file');
} catch (Exception $e) {
die($e);
}
It will always generate an exception even if the file is really there. It
appears that the function dsn_from_uri() is expecting a valid php wrapper
uri, this patch should fix this problem.
The patch file based on php5.1-cvs (works for pecl, php51 and HEAD)
