[imagick] Fatal error or Warning in imagick_readimage()

When imagick is unable to read an image, it logs the following error : PHP Fatal error: imagick_readimage(): after ReadImage(), image is empty in [...] and returns null, which can be handled by the PHP code. Should it be a warning and not an error ?
