Problem subscribing to this list - Please Help

Hi, We have problem subscibing to this mailing list from the pecl website. I sent a mail to the peclweb inquiring about this. Unfortunately, I didn't get any response. Nandika (jayawark@gmail.com) has been helping me developing the axis2 pecl extension for quite a long time. He has been the main person who built the windows version and added server side functionality to the extension. He still has to read the mail archieves to read the mails in the lists, as he cannot subscribe to them. Since I am busy with my fall semester, I want to have him direct access to svn and mailing lists. I'd appreciate, if someone can help me to subscribe him to pecl-dev and pecl-cvs lists so that he can make a request for a pecl account. Thanks -Nabeel
