I think I'd go for an E_NOTICE + RETURN_FALSE here actually. E_WARNING and E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR are both a bit too grave.thanks Mike, Derick... I am still learning, so thanks for your feedback. I will change it to E_NOTICE + RETURN_FALSE
