uuid extension

I've made some changes to the UUID extension to allow the generation of Random based UUIDs instead of just Time based ones. For one of my projects we needed randomly generated UUIDs, not ones given one you could figure out the sequence. Anyway this code was done a while ago but I've only just had time to clean it up and send it back up. Attached is a patch to the C file for the needed code changes. I do have an entire updated package here, but I'll leave that to the maintainer. If the maintainer can't be found I have no problem doing it. There is a slight behavioural change. Instead of just generating a time based UUID, uuid_generate will create a time or random based UUID based upon the constant passed in as the first parameter. If no parameter it will fall back on the system default method of generating a UUID which in most cases is a Random UUID. Adam Ashley
