How literal do you need the changes to be? I think sdo already does the stuff in the RFC, so AFAIK I just need to rename the preprocessor variable from SDO_VERSION to PHP_SDO_VERSION and move it into the standard header file. Did I miss something? It wouldn't have been good to add -dev to the version in HEAD, because we keep our development version in a branch, so that pecl4win builds the latest stable release.
