I'm a little confused about PECL. <http://pecl.php.net/package/big_int>
is hosted on pecl.php.net, making me think it's a part of PECL, but I
don't see it <http://snaps.php.net/win32/pecl5.2-win32-200805132030.zip>.
Mind you, I think, given the existence of the bcmath and gmp extensions,
big_int is a somewhat pointless PECL extension, but I'm still curious as
to why it's not included in pecl-5.2-dev (zip)?
