New Extension: taglib

Hi, I'm currently writing a PHP binding for the KDE taglib. The taglib is a library to read and write tag and audio information from various audio file formats including ogg and mpeg (mp3). I'm focusing on provide nearly the same class hierarchy that you find in the original C++ library. At the moment you can read ID3v1, ID3v2 tags and MPEG audio properties. Basic write support for ID3v1 is in experimental state. For most use cases the extension should work fine, which is the reason why I would like to bring it on PECL, release 0.0.1a1 and do further development in PECL CVS. You can found the current sources at: http://github.com/segv/taglib/tree There is now windows support at the moment. Any objections?
