Hi all!
I asked author of the library to clarify this question and this is what he says about it:
>The main idea is that you do not sell the Unrarlib wrapper.
>If unrarlib is used in your library and this wrapper/modified
>library is used in PHP, then PHP and the wrapper must be given
>away for free (and this is the case anyway, as far as I know).
>The PHP source (.php files) written by the user are not covered
>by the unrarlib license. They can be closed source/commercial.
>I agree that the unrarlib license is not that clear in this point,
>but herewith I grant you the use of unrarlib in your wrapper, as
>long as you do not sell it and as long as it can and will not be
>used to rebuild RAR. RAR has been created by Eugeny who I respect
>very much for having built this great software. He's earning his
