New PECL package request: libmemcached

Hello, My name is Daisuke Kajiwara. I have written a PHP bindings for libmemcached. libmemcached(http://tangent.org/552/libmemcached.html) is a client library to the memcached server. It has been designed to be light on memory usage, thread safe, and provide full access to server side methods. I want to publish my PHP Extension in PECL, and do further development in CVS. the current sources at: http://github.com/kajidai/php-libmemcached/tree/master Thanks, Daisuke Kajiwara
