Parsekit

Hi, Over the past few days I've refined a small patch that we use internally for parsekit, and I presented it to Sara. She said that it's fine, but that she'd be happy to pass on the reins to someone else if we feel like maintaining it. I'm happy to handle the actual releases + some testing and Elizabeth Smith has agreed to oversee the technical implementations/changes. So, in the interest of keeping this all public, I'm presenting it here. Could I please be granted a pecl account and given karma to to pecl/parsekit? My CVS account is sean. Thanks. S
