Both your PECL and CVS accounts are live; if you need any help with getting it into CVS/PECL, just ask :-) Rough plan: 1. Checkout the pecl repository from php cvs using your PHP account 2. cd pecl ; mkdir idn ; cvs add idn 3. copy sources in there, cvs add, cvs ci [the above 3 steps are much safer than doing a cvs import] 4. Edit package.xml http://pear.php.net/manual/en/developers.packagedef.php 5. "pear package" to create tarball 6. When satisfied that it works, make sure that everything is commited. 7. "pear cvstag package.xml" to mark the release in CVS 8. create new package on pecl.php.net http://pecl.php.net/package-new.php 9.
