Hello I want to propose a new PHP extension

Hi~ I have finished a PHP extension that can segment Chinese sentences into proper words. It is easy to use and have a good performance of both segmentation and speed. It has been tested and works fine. So I want to put it here to share with people. And I also hope to get some advices to host my extension here. (I've already applied a account in the web page, what else do I need to do?)
