markdown extension

hi, I like to propose a new extension, markdown (PHP License 3.01). It implements a binding around a modified discount library (it will use only the parsing logic once I'm done). It is the early version, however it can already parse from buffer or files. Full stream support should come shortly as well. In the long run it should use xmlwriter for the html generation, to avoid to have to tidy the html. The OO interface is yet only composed of static methods. The idea is to provide an advanced parser with more options as well as a callback system (for the code block for example, to allow syntax highlighting without having to parse the output).
