PECL account for new extension (Gmagick)

Hi, I wish to apply for a PECL account to be able to host an extension on PECL called gmagick. Gmagick is a wrapper around the GraphicsMagick image processing system. GraphicsMagick is more suitable for straightforward image processing requirements than ImageMagick (wrapped by imagick) for a range of reasons but most prominently because it is more efficient and smaller.
