Can I have unmaintained package of informix?

Dear:
I use php 5.2.6 in window server 2008 and I should
connect informix database and php.
I know there is no php_ifx.dll for php5.
so I try to download Informix driver
I have enter this page:
http://pecl.php.net/package/informix
And I see this message
"This package is not maintained."
Can you allow me to get informix package?
