Hi, Today I tried to install ffi-0.3 via pear with a recent snapshot of PHP5. It didn't compile, make failed with the following messages: /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c:291: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c:293: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c: In function `php_ffi_struct_object_new': /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c:347: warning: passing arg 3 of `zend_objects_store_put' from incompatible pointer type /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c:347: error: too few arguments to function `zend_objects_store_put' /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c: In function `php_ffi_native_to_zval': /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c:492: warning: passing arg 3 of `zend_objects_store_put' from incompatible pointer type /tmp/tmpdH3krz/ffi-0.3/ffi_struct.c:492: error: too few arguments to function `zend_objects_store_put' make: *** [ffi_struct.lo] Error 1 `make' failed Question: Is this due to a bug or is it my fault? What can I do in order to be able to play with "ext/dangerous"? Thanks a lot for your help, Hannes Ps: I checked out the ffi extension from CVS and tried to build it directly in $phpDist/ext, but the error messages this produced where even worse.
