Debug version of PECL package?

I'm trying to debug php (5.2.9) in Visual Studio 2005 with ZEND_DEBUG=1.
But everytime php loads the extensions i get error messages that say:
module comiled with... debug=0
php compile with... debug=1
How can i get/build a debug version of the standard php pecl extension
package?
Or is there any extisting debug package?
I only found the "PHP 5.2.9 Win32 Debug Pack" but it only includes the
..pdb files and not the debug versions of the dlls.
