[PROPOSAL] RSVG extension

Hi, After the outstanding response I got from the Pango proposal, here's another try :) I'm wrapping librsvg, which is an SVG rendering library that uses Cairo at the back end. This one again relies on PECL/Cairo, which means it can output PNG, SVG, PostScript or PDF. Or even SVG again if you're feeling a bit mad. Once I finish the bit of Cairo I'm working on, you'll be able to convert a Cairo surface into a GMagick one (and later IMagick and GD, if all goes according to plan). It's on GitHub, at http://github.com/mgdm/php-rsvg. Again, there's no tests or arginfo but I'll add them if it gets accepted before I commit. librsvg is LGPL, the extension is under the PHP licence. Any thoughts? And any thoughts on Pango while I'm at it? Cheers, Michael
