I have contacted the author, Jelmer Vernooij, and received permission to fix
bugs and/or add new functionality for the smbc PECL package.
I don't have a cvs account and am not sure how to get one because this is
not a new package. How do I get a cvs account and how do I get
authorization for the smbc package?
