Hi,
The config.w32 file in the extension folder tells you which libraries you
will neeed for the PHP extension to be compiled. I see only one: pslib.lib,
but this prevents you from compiling anything since at the moment, I am
guessing you don't have pslib.lib on your system?
So you will probably have to learn to compile pslib itself first, then you
will be able to proceed to building the extension for PHP.
