"Version 0.0.1 of meta has been successfully released, and its promotion cycle has started."
What is the "promotion cycle" of a PECL extension?
I see it has generated an announcement on this mailing list. Is there more to it, or is it just pushing things in people's face, and hope it sparks interest among others?
If the latter, ignore meta 0.0.1, I was just testing if I've packaged it correctly (with pyrus' pickle).
