There should be a comma after 'PHP extensions' but before 'PEAR/PECL'.
That last part of the first section ("provide you a tool") isn't
grammatically correct. I would suggest one of the following:
"... PEAR/PECL provide you with a tool ..."
"... PEAR/PECL provide tools for every imaginable purpose."
"... PEAR/PECL provide tools for every purpose imaginable."
The choice between the latter to options is a matter of taste. My
preference is for the third phrasing.
